VIP Fitness 2026

I wanted to give you an update on the direction of VIP Fitness Jeffersonville in 2026.
Every year should have a theme.
For us, 2026 is about refinement and growth.
Our three primary focuses:
- Adding the right trainer to the team
- Building the most structured, results-driven HIIT class in Sullivan County
- Elevating the aesthetic and overall experience inside the gym
Let’s break it down.
Adding the Right Trainer
Currently, I personal train from 6am–3pm, and we operate open gym from 3pm–10pm.
For a long time, I’ve been the linchpin of this business. That has worked — and I’m proud of what we’ve built.
But growth requires expansion.
In 2026, I’m putting real, focused effort into finding the right trainer to join VIP Fitness. Not just someone who can coach a workout, but someone who aligns with our standards, our culture, and our level of professionalism.
This move isn’t about replacing what works.
It’s about strengthening it.
And there may be some exciting developments on this front soon.
Building the Best HIIT Class in Sullivan County
Over the years, we’ve offered HIIT-style classes. They’ve always provided a strong alternative to traditional strength training and to the CrossFit days when I owned the Liberty location.
But this time, we’re approaching it differently.
In the past few years, I’ve taken several well-structured HIIT classes in the city. The pacing. The lighting. The transitions. The intentional design behind every minute.
That level of detail matters.
What will separate our HIIT class from others comes down to three things:
- Ambiance
- Seamless transitions
- Measurable results
No chaos.
No wasted time.
No standing around wondering what’s next.
As basketball season wraps up, this becomes a primary focus. The goal isn’t to simply add another class. It’s to build an experience that feels elevated, structured, and effective.
Elevating the Space
When I opened this location six years ago, I drew inspiration from Pinterest and built something I’m proud of.
But as the business evolves, the space should evolve with it.
We provide high-level personal training in a focused, private environment. The gym should reflect that level of professionalism.
The 2026 update will lean into a more refined, intentional aesthetic — cleaner lines, controlled lighting, stronger visual cohesion.
Not louder.
Just sharper.
This upgrade will pair seamlessly with the new HIIT offering and reinforce the standard we’re continuing to build at VIP Fitness.
2026 is about raising the bar.
Not chasing trends.
Not reinventing who we are.
Refining it. Strengthening it. Elevating it.
Stay tuned.
Big things ahead at VIP Fitness Jeffersonville.
