Hello! My name is Dustin, I have been involved in the fitness industry for about 15 years now. I have a passion for coaching and hold many speciality fitness certifications. I also coach football and basketball!

Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept 2 Rowers, Ski Ergs, and bike Ergs, 2 Trueform Treadmills, and a Rogue Echo Bike. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts. We also feature a Squat Belt Machine and a REP Functional Trainer to enhance your workouts!
